TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions of your reservation come into effect once your deposit is paid. The contract will be made between you and The Paloma Cruise. Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been received. 

CHECK-IN/OUT POLICY:

• Check in cabin: from 12:30 PM
• Check out cabin: no later than 10:00 AM

COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS:

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaints or comments regarding a stay on our cruise should be made in the first instance to the cruise’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can manage to solve it immediately.
If your problems which cannot be solved on board you can go directly to our office in Hanoi or email to Managing Director at: cca@palomacruise.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

1/ Cancellation by Guests.

Any cancellation should be referred to Paloma Cruise sales office in writing by email with following terms.

• More than 15 days before check in: No charges.
• Less than 15 days check in: 100%  charges.
• No show: 100% charges.

2/  Cancellation by Paloma Cruise.

When the Port Managing Authorities do not deliver the daily sailing permit or in case of bad weather conditions/storms, we will contact you as soon as we get the news and offer you an alternative choices of equivalent quality or a full refund of your payment. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received.

CHILDREN POLICIES

• 0-4 years old: One child is free of charge when sharing cabin with 2 adults.
• 5-12 years old: Sharing bed with parents or 2 adults  will be charged 50% of adult’s price.
• Over 12 years old: Sharing cabin with parents or 2 adults will be fully charged of adult’s  price.
