TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions of your reservation come into effect once your deposit is paid. The contract will be made between you and The Paloma Cruise. Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS:
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaints or comments regarding a stay on our cruise should be made in the first instance to the cruise’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can manage to solve it immediately.
If your problems which cannot be solved on board you can go directly to our office in Hanoi or email to Managing Director at: firstname.lastname@example.org
1/ Cancellation by Guests.
Any cancellation should be referred to Paloma Cruise sales office in writing by email with following terms.
2/ Cancellation by Paloma Cruise.
When the Port Managing Authorities do not deliver the daily sailing permit or in case of bad weather conditions/storms, we will contact you as soon as we get the news and offer you an alternative choices of equivalent quality or a full refund of your payment. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received.
