Most of our guests love the taste of the Paloma Cruise Snow White Salad. The main ingredient is Jicama, a crispy, sweet, edible tuber, high in carbohydrates in the form of dietary fiber. It has been cultivated in South America for centuries but is very popular in Vietnam too. Today Paloma Cruise will teach you how to cook this very simple but extremely fresh and delicious dish.



  1. Jicama: 3 lbs
  2. Julienne of chicken: 1.3 lbs
  1. Sugar: 3 teaspoons
  2. Lemon juice: juice of 1 lemon
  3. Salt: 2/3 teaspoon
  4. Roasted white sesame: 1 tablespoons



  1. Clean and peel the jicama, drain, and cut it into short, thin strips
  2. Mix julienne of jicama and chicken with the sugar and salt (drain if any water comes out)
  3. Add lemon juice and sesame
  4. Stir quick and even to avoid crashing the jicama

Do ahead: Prepare 15 minutes before serving. And DONE.
